Email customercare@straighthemp.com with your order number, or call (510) 605-3743, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern. Tell us you would like a refund. That is the whole process.

You do not need to ship anything back to us. We refund what you paid to the same card you paid with, and it usually posts within about five business days.

Bought Straight Hemp somewhere else?

The guarantee travels with the bottle. If you picked it up from one of our retail partners, take it back to them. They refund you, and we refund them. Same 60 days, wherever you bought it.

If a store gives you any trouble about it, call us and we will sort it out with them ourselves.
