We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. Your Choices

Your Information. You may update or correct your online account information by logging into your online account and updating your information or by calling Customer Service. You may also email us at customercare@straighthemp.com if you wish to deactivate your online account, but note that we may retain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. If you would like to update or correct your membership information, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Natural Dynamics by following the instructions in those. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, or our ongoing business relations.

Location Information. The settings of your Internet browser or mobile device may allow you to stop sharing your precise location with Natural Dynamics or others.

Third Party Advertising, Analytics and Service

We allow third parties to serve advertisements that are targeted to your interests and we engage third parties to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Service and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. In some cases, the information in these cookies and other technologies may be linked to data you voluntarily submitted to us, such as your email address, which we may share in hashed or encrypted form. We may also work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google). Note that the third-party platforms may offer you choices about whether you see these types of customized ads.

We also use a third party to "power" product reviews and product questions and answers on our Service. When you submit a product review, you may become subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of this third party and the reviews you submit may be posted on our Service and on third-party sites.

Your California Privacy Rights

California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. However, under the law, a business is not required to provide this information if it permits California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
