      Rapidly growing Denver start-up is now hiring for a Wholesale Customer Manager! Is this you?

      You are the liaison between our sales team, wholesale accounts, and our company. It excites you to build long-term relationships with folks, who often tell you how grateful they are that you "make things easy on them." You are tech savvy and detail oriented, and pretty good with numbers too. Conflict resolution is a breeze since you’ve developed your communication and mediation skills with experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will also work closely with the sales management team as well as the operations managers. You enjoy working independently because you know how to get things done and how to manage various responsibilities - you’d get bored otherwise!

      You’d have the opportunity to:
      • Develop and grow the backend of our sales process
      • Build a plan to scale current sales systems to handle increasing account volume
      • Build out a customer service system and team to handle increasing order volume
      • Work closely with company executives, the outside sales team, and order fulfillment to resolve issues and grow the company
      Ideally, you:
      • Have experience in the natural foods channel/industry
      • Have sales AND customer service experience
      • Have built and managed a team
      To be successful, you will need:
      • 5+ yrs management experience
      • 3+ yrs customer service experience
      • 2+ yrs Salesforce or comparable CRM program experience
      • Experience building and growing a team/system
      • Advanced written and oral communication skills
      • Ability to efficiently organize and delegate tasks
      • Adaptable to change and high-stress resiliency
      • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and QuickBooks systems44
      • Willingness to learn the in’s and out’s of CBD/Hemp and our products
      • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and QuickBooks systems
      • Strong MS Office Skills with special focus on Excel
      • Must live near Arvada, CO

      Straight Hemp is looking for a flexible, quick learning and positive person in Arvada or surrounding areas to join our team! Must be self-driven and possess the ability to adapt with the production of a fast growing start-up. Order fulfillment and production experience is welcomed but not required. Knowledge of hemp/CBD/cannabis is preferred but not expected.

      Job description

      Order fulfillment and production staff assembles and labels all Straight Hemp products: Hemp Oil, Salve, Vape, and Terpsolate. Must follow food grade handling protocol and sanitation for filling the products in the appropriate containers. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Audio entertainment (music, podcasts, etc.) is allowed while on the clock. Ability to be flexible to assist with packaging and shipment when necessary. Able to thrive in an ever-changing environment and communicate clearly and directly with coworkers for a productive and caring workspace. Starting pay is $14/ hr (negotiable) plus compensation for transportation.

      CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

      Straight Hemp, a premium CBD brand sold in hundreds of locations nationwide, is looking for a flexible and quick learning go-getter to work closely with our customers!

      You are self-driven and possess the ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing start-up. You thrive in an ever-changing environment. We'd love it if you have knowledge of hemp/CBD/cannabis.

      As the Customer Care Representative, you'll respond to telephone, email, and chat inquiries. You'll utilize your skills to answer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge, assist in placing orders for customers and running payments as needed. As part of the eCommerce department, you'll be instrumental in establishing new policies, procedures and improvements.

      Over 1-year of experience in one or all the following is required: customer service and/or sales. This is an entry-level position.
