Why only full spectrum hemp and no isolates?

Why only full spectrum hemp and no isolates?

We strongly favor full spectrum products that include terpenes and a wide variety of cannabinoids, as naturally produced by hemp. When we talk about full spectrum we mean that we extract from the whole plant: CBD and other cannabinoids and terpenes. In fact, we don't offer any isolate products. Why not? CBD and THC are the power couple of cannabis therapeutics. Both compounds have remarkable medicinal attributes, and they work better in combination than as stand-alones. CBD can magnify the impact of a small amount of THC so that one need not consume an intoxicating dose to experience THC's therapeutic benefits.

What many people don't know is that pure CBD is actually inferior to full spectrum extracts when used in isolation. It's less effective, and patients experience more adverse events.

When CBD is combined with THC and terpenes, the 'Entourage Effect' can occur. The 'Entourage Effect' is a synergy that powerfully enhances the medicinal benefit of a CBD hemp product. Preclinical research indicates that "full spectrum CBD-rich cannabis oil is effective at much lower doses and has a wider therapeutic window than a CBD isolate."

Here's what the research says about isolated CBD compared to the essential oil hemp that includes CBD, terpenes and other naturally occurring chemistries of hemp.

We preserve the integrity of all cannabinoids and all terpenes, every step of the way. Our plants are raised to maximize the production of all essential oils, to deliver significantly higher concentrations of bioactive cannabinoids and terpenes, leading to an enhanced Entourage Effect. That's what makes our Hemp CBD Oil stand out in both taste and effect.
